Delete your account
The fastest verified method is in the Android app: open a workspace, open the workspace menu, and select Delete account.
What will be deleted
Your sign-in email and phone, display identity, directory profile, workspace memberships, push-notification tokens, and active device sessions are removed.
What may remain
Organization-owned ticket and workspace history is dissociated from your sign-in identity and may remain for audit, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Required subscription and fiscal records may be retained for the legally applicable period.
Request deletion without the app
Enter the verified email used for Workdesk. To protect the account, identity verification is required before deletion. The response does not confirm whether an account exists.
