Delete your account
The fastest verified method is in the Android app: open Settings, choose Account, and select Delete account.
30-day deletion period
After verification, the request enters an enforced 30-day recovery period. During those 30 days your account remains available so you can request an export of available personal data and cancel the deletion request. Automated cleanup begins after the deadline, normally on the next daily cleanup cycle. It deletes or irreversibly dissociates your sign-in email and phone, display identity, directory profile, workspace memberships, push-notification tokens, and active device sessions.
What may remain
Organization-owned ticket and workspace history is dissociated from your sign-in identity and may remain for operational continuity, audit, security, and dispute resolution. Required payment, subscription, and fiscal records remain blocked and separate for the legally applicable period; supporting Mexican fiscal documentation is generally retained for five years.
Request deletion without the app
Enter the verified email used for Workdesk. To protect the account, identity verification is required before deletion. The response does not confirm whether an account exists.
