Terms of Service
These terms govern access to On it! Workdesk and the workspaces created through the service.
1. The service
On it! Workdesk is a maintenance coordination and recordkeeping service. It provides tickets, assignments, evidence, expenses, approvals, directories, reports, exports, and related administrative tools. It is not an emergency service, safety authority, accounting system, or substitute for qualified professional judgment.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your email, devices, and sessions. A workspace owner controls membership, roles, locations, workflow settings, and subscription. Members must use workspace information only for authorized organizational purposes.
3. Organizational records
Ticket history and related operational records belong to the workspace organization, subject to applicable law and individual privacy rights. Removing a user does not automatically erase valid organizational records. Deleted tickets leave a limited audit entry identifying when and by whom the removal occurred, while their associated media is removed according to the product workflow.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Workdesk to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute malicious code, probe or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, send spam, or upload content you are not authorized to use. Do not place passwords, complete payment-card numbers, or unrelated highly sensitive information in tickets.
5. Introductory access, subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
The first workspace of an eligible verified owner automatically receives one free 30-day introductory period with the complete workflow and 1 GB of shared storage. No payment method is required, it does not renew or charge automatically, and eligibility is limited to one use per verified owner identity. Abuse-prevention records may remain in restricted keyed form after account deletion. When the period ends, the workspace is parked for 30 days for subscription or export before scheduled deletion unless another valid entitlement is active.
Paid plans are based primarily on shared workspace storage rather than member, location, or ticket counts. The final checkout shows the price, currency, taxes, capacity, billing period, automatic-renewal terms, and payment channel before purchase. Android purchases are processed through Google Play; web purchases are processed through Stripe.
A workspace owner or billing administrator may cancel renewal through the original payment channel without a cancellation penalty. Unless applicable law or a refund decision requires otherwise, access continues through the paid period and cancellation does not automatically refund that period. Refund requests are reviewed for duplicate or unauthorized charges, service not provided or materially deficient for reasons attributable to Workdesk, and other circumstances required by law. Full details and provider links are in the Legal Center.
6. Customer content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring your organization has authority to submit personal information, images, documents, and location data.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Sync, notifications, email delivery, third-party billing, local network conditions, and device restrictions can affect availability. We may change features to improve safety, reliability, compliance, or product fit and will avoid materially reducing paid functionality without reasonable notice where practicable.
8. Warranty and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Users remain responsible for maintenance decisions, workplace safety, regulatory compliance, backups they require, and verifying critical communications. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, security threats, fraud, abuse, legal requirements, or unpaid subscriptions. After payment suspension, available operational data and files remain restricted but are preserved for at least three months for reactivation or export; they may remain longer while an authorized deletion or export process is completed or where another retention requirement applies. A verified account-deletion request enters an enforced 30-day recovery period during which the account remains available for export and cancellation. Automated cleanup begins after that deadline, normally on the next daily cycle. Legal, fiscal, dispute, and security records may remain blocked for the required statutory period.
Workspace owners may close a workspace after handling ownership, export, and retention consequences. Users may request account deletion through the app or our deletion page.
10. Operator, governing law, and contact
The service is operated by Israel Mayen Jimenez, RFC MAJI910706GK7, a Mexican individual business operator publishing as Manic trash panda. These terms are governed by applicable laws of Mexico, without limiting mandatory consumer or privacy protections that apply elsewhere. The registered domicile and complete policy summary are available in the Legal Center. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
