Clear rules for the service and the record.
This page identifies the operator and summarizes billing, cancellation, refunds, suspension, retention, and deletion. The linked policies provide the detailed terms that govern use of On it! Workdesk.
Documents
These documents apply together. Where a mandatory law or billing-platform rule gives the customer greater protection, that rule prevails.
Billing and subscription terms
Introductory access
The first workspace of an eligible verified owner automatically receives one free 30-day introductory period. It provides the complete Workdesk workflow with a 1 GB shared-storage limit. It requires no payment method, does not renew automatically, and does not create an automatic charge. Eligibility is limited to one introductory period per verified owner identity, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may be refused or withdrawn for fraud, duplicate-account use, or other abuse. A restricted, keyed identity record may be retained to prevent repeated redemption after account deletion.
When the introductory period ends, the workspace is parked for 30 days unless it has an active paid subscription or approved promotional grant. During that period, existing records remain readable and exportable; scheduled deletion may begin afterward. Continuing paid service requires a separate purchase through Google Play on Android or Stripe on the web; unused introductory time is not converted to credit and processor trial periods do not stack with this offer.
Price and renewal
The final checkout identifies the plan, shared storage, currency, taxes, billing period, renewal date, and payment channel. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual period until canceled. A plan change, discount, or trial states its effective date and any later recurring price before acceptance.
Payment channel
Android subscriptions purchased in the app are billed and managed through Google Play. Web subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Workdesk receives a transaction reference and subscription state, not the customer's complete card or bank credentials. Receipts and legally required tax documents are provided according to the selected channel and fiscal information supplied by the customer.
Cancellation
The workspace owner or billing administrator may cancel renewal through the same channel used to subscribe. Cancellation can be initiated immediately and does not carry a penalty. Unless applicable law or a refund decision requires earlier termination, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period and no further renewal is charged. Uninstalling the Android app does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
Refunds and reimbursements
Cancellation alone does not automatically refund the current billing period. Workdesk reviews refund requests for duplicate or unauthorized charges, a service that was not provided or was materially deficient for reasons attributable to Workdesk, and any other circumstance required by applicable law. A full or partial refund may be issued depending on the affected period and actual service use. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including the compensation required for a qualifying deficient or unprovided service, which Mexican consumer law generally sets at no less than 20% of the price paid.
For Google Play purchases, a customer may request a refund through Google Play during the period offered by that platform; Google currently directs requests made after 48 hours to the developer. For web purchases, contact Workdesk support with the workspace, charge date, and receipt reference. Approved refunds return through the original channel; the bank or platform controls the time required for funds to appear.
Payment disputes
Customers may contact support before opening a payment dispute so the charge can be identified and corrected promptly. This request does not waive any right to dispute a charge. A dispute, fraud signal, or unpaid balance may restrict paid service while it is investigated.

Suspension, export, and deletion
Payment suspension: minimum 3-month export window
After a subscription becomes unpaid or is suspended, the workspace may enter a restricted state. Available operational data and uploaded files are preserved for at least three months from suspension so an authorized owner can reactivate the plan or export the workspace. They may remain longer while an authorized deletion or export process is completed, or where active disputes, legal holds, security needs, backups, or statutory retention duties apply. Owners should export required records promptly.
Account deletion: 30-day period
A verified account-deletion request begins an enforced 30-day recovery period. Before that period ends, the account remains available so the user can request an export of available personal data and may cancel the deletion request. Automated cleanup begins after the deadline, normally on the next daily cleanup cycle, and deletes or irreversibly dissociates the account identity, directory profile, memberships, notification tokens, and active sessions.
Organizational and legal records
Valid ticket history belongs to the workspace organization and may remain in dissociated form after an individual leaves or deletes an account. Payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute records can remain blocked and stored separately for the period required by Mexican law. Accounting and supporting fiscal documentation is generally retained for five years under Article 30 of the Código Fiscal de la Federación. Information concerning contractual noncompliance may be retained for up to 72 months as provided by Article 10 of the current Mexican private-sector data-protection law. Those records are not restored as active workspace content.
Backups and technical completion
Deleted information may remain for a limited additional backup rotation where it is isolated from normal use and protected from restoration except for disaster recovery or legal obligation. Public links, sessions, and notification tokens are revoked as part of the applicable deletion workflow.
Applicable law and contact
Workdesk is operated from Mexico and these policies are governed by applicable Mexican law without limiting mandatory rights that apply in another jurisdiction. Privacy requests may include access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition and require reasonable identity verification. Questions, refund requests, notices, and complaints can be sent to [email protected].
